We use robotics as much as possible by balancing the touch labor cost & robotics in injection and blow molding, casting, machining, finishing, assembly, and testing to help speed up the production process while maintaining product quality and reducing the costs.

  1. Injection and Blow Molding: We specialize in injection & blow molding, custom molds design & development, machining and assembly including manufacturing process for producing high quality plastic components at very competitive price and fast when needed.
  2. Casting & machining: We have excellent capability and are very well positioned to provide castings and CNC machined various components with intricate shapes and structures cost competitively and fast to suit your requirements.
  3. Finishing: We are very well positioned to provide completely finished parts with processes like polishing, plating, painting, electro static powder coating, or anodizing to enhance aesthetics, protect against corrosion, or provide specific surface properties.
  4. Assembly and Testing: We at DHK Group pride ourselves with assembly of different components and subsystems to create the final product efficiently and cost competitively.

We use Military specifications and standards as guidelines and play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality products while optimizing costs and accelerating production.

  • Mil-STD-105: This standard provides guidelines for sampling plans and procedures to inspect and evaluate products for their acceptability. We employ statistically sound sampling methods that help assess product quality effectively while minimizing inspection efforts, reducing costs, and speeding up the production process.
  • Mil-STD-130: This specification establishes guidelines for labeling items with unique identifiers, such as barcodes or RFID tags, which facilitate traceability, inventory management, and asset tracking.
  • Mil-STD-810: This standard outlines procedures for subjecting products to various environmental stresses like temperature, humidity, shock, vibration, and more. We also use these guidelines to design robust and durable products that can withstand harsh conditions, reducing the risk of failures, warranty claims, and costly repairs.
  • Mil-STD-454: This standard ensures control, consistency and uniformity in drawings and technical data packages (TDPs).
  • Mil-STD-9858: This standard provides guidelines for developing and implementing a reliable and cost-effective quality system. Mil-STD-9858 helps us in improving our quality management practices, identify, and rectify defects early on, reduce rework and scrap, and achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction.

It is worth noting that while military standards have traditionally been developed for defense-related applications, their adoption and adaptation are not limited to the military sector. Many commercial industries such as DHK Group have also recognized the value of these standards and have incorporated them into our own quality management systems to achieve similar benefits.

We also use ISO, USFDA, and CFRs in manufacturing quality products efficiently and help us qualify products for PMA and 510(k) submissions to USFDA in a cost-effective manner. USFDA CFRs are used as applicable and IAW CFR Title 21 compliance is crucial for us as a contract manufacturer of medical devices to meet the necessary regulatory requirements for product approval, such as PMA and 510(k) submissions.
